At Travelpro, we want you to travel with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your unused luggage and accessories within 100 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to ensure your return is tracked and handled efficiently.

  Pack Your Luggage

  Place your unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the protective dust bags are included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
